If the website worked, I wouldn't have to call.The lady who answers the phone is someone I have had the worst DISPLEASURE of ever speaking to.

The website to update the listing never works and if you call the office they will tell you that they "do not get on the phone with customers because this is a limited service". I have never had such a terrible customer service experience. I purchased an entry only listing through Flat Fee Realty which routed me to Continental Realty.
